Slide your home seated distance — see bench vs wall verdict

100% of 6-inch home dose · Therapeutic (bench 2–6 in).

Methodology [edit]

Home irradiance follows the inverse-square law: % = (6 ÷ d)² × 100 vs the 6-inch home baseline. 2–6 in = therapeutic bench zone (SaunaCloud home embeds 660/850nm here); ~12 in = weak transitional; 24+ in = ambient wall glow (~6%). Applies equally to all home brands; demand measured home seated distance, not wall spec.[1]
